Order
An account must be created before placing orders. All information will be kept confidential.

Prices
All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars and are inclusive of the prevailing GST. GST will not be applicable for deliveries out of Singapore. 

Payment
Interbank transfer to our DBS account , PayPal,  Cheque or Money Order and Cash on Delivery.

*** We only accept Cash on Delivery for deliveries by our staff.

Delivery
We will ship your order within 24 hrs upon receipt of full payment; for payment by cheque or money order, shipment will be made upon clearance of cheque or money order.

Delivery lead time for deliveries with in Singapore shall be 1 or 3 days depending on the mode of delivery : 
> SingPost - 2 to 3 days
> Speedpost - 1 day
> Delivery by our staff to specified addresses - delivery time to be arranged.   

Delivery lead time for deliveries outside Singapore shall be as per the delivery lead time of Singpost Air Parcel.  For more information on the air parcel delivery rates, click here.

Exchange Policy
All item(s) will be checked prior to shipment; however we can accept exchange for different design, color and size.
Please notify us within 24hrs if you wish to exchange any item(s).
Item(s) to be returned for exchange must be in the original packaging with the original tags and labels intact.
Customers will have to bear all delivery/shipping costs for the exchange.
